Fox, Thomas H., 96, formerly of Chepachet, died Thursday, March 4, 2021 at the Rhode Island Veterans Home. He was the husband of the late Helen M. (Bonoyer) Fox.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Thomas H. and Alexina (Gaudet) Fox.

Tom was a self-employed home builder, under the name of T. Fox and Son, for many years. He was also the manager of the Lincoln Mall, operated the Speedy Car Wash, and worked at the Triggs Memorial Golf Course in Providence.  He was an Army Air Force veteran of WWII, and received three bronze stars for action in the Pacific theater.

He is survived by his daughter, Patricia Fox, his son, Edward Fox and his wife Debbie, all of Chepachet, four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Elsie Sansouci, Bella Geer, Gladys Hackett, and Clara Seltzer.

Visiting hours will be held Friday, March 12, 2021, from 4-6 PM in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence.  Due to Covid restrictions, masks will be required and social distancing will be observed, with a limit of fifteen people at a time in the funeral home.  Services and burial with military honors in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery will be private.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to Disabled American Veterans.
