Raymond Melvin, 75, passed away on June 22, 2019 at Miriam Hospital in Providence.  He was a longtime resident of North Providence.

Raymond was the son of the late Everett and Evelyn Melvin.  He leaves behind his wife of 47 years, Linda Melvin, as well as six children, Angelina Perry, Robin Parent, Billy Wilding, Anna Wilding, Felicia Edwards, and Dawn Simonelli.  He also leaves behind 23 grandchildren, Tiffany, Crystal, Mickey, Jazmine, David, Hailey, Dylan, Hunter, Domenic, Nicole, Brittani, Victoria, Cayleb, Hycin, Duwvan, Malenniya, Maliya, John, Jason, Kevin, Brooke, Zack, and Brandon, and eight great-grandchildren, Leah, Andre, Jayden, Domenic, Kingston, Emorie, Faith and Olivia.  He is loved and will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 30, 2019 from 4-6 pm in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence.  Kindly omit flowers.
