Obituary

Aldana, Mario A., 53, of Providence, passed away on January 16, 2021 at his home.  Born in El Salvador, he was a son of the late Domingo Aldana and Maria Osorio de Aldana.

Mario was a loving, kind-hearted man, who would do anything for another person.  He especially loved children and his dogs.  He was a CNA/Med Tech until illness forced him into retirement.

He is survived by four children, Mario Jr., Priscilla, Jonathan, and Anthony, his brother, Wilfredo, sisters, Rosa and Zoila, and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 10 am in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1804 Atwood Ave., Johnston.  A maximum of 75 people are allowed in the church.  Social distancing must be observed and masks are required.  Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Robert Bellarmine Food Shelf.
