Jo-Ann Sparadeo

Sparadeo, Jo-Ann E. (Cedor), 76, of North Providence, died on December 27, 2021 at Rhode Island Hospital.  She was the wife of Walter A. Sparadeo, Jr. for 56 years.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Anna (Plante) Cedor.

Jo-Ann was a social worker for the State of Rhode Island for 30 years, retiring from the Department of Elderly Affairs.  She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, was an avid reader, and enjoyed spending time in the garden.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her son, Christopher Sparadeo and his wife, Dawn, and two grandchildren, Dominic and Donato Sparadeo.  She was the mother of the late Raymond Sparadeo.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, January 15th at 9:30 am in Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth St., North Providence.  Burial will be private.
