Lizotte, Elizabeth A. (Lawton), 79, a longtime resident of Greenville, died on November 14, 2018 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. She was the wife of the late Russell L. Lizotte. Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Ethel (Henry) Lawton.
Elizabeth had worked at both Greenville Finishing and Tilcon Gammino (Tilcon Capaldi), until retiring. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her two kitty-cats, Trixie and Zaboo. She was a brain cancer and breast cancer survivor.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Eldridge and her husband Greg of Warwick, four grandchildren, Amanda, Amie, and Allison Clark, and Zachary Eldridge, a brother, Harold Lawton, Jr. of Chepachet, a sister, Fernanda Firth and her husband William of Sudbury, MA, three stepchildren, four nephews, and a niece.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 4-7 pm in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence. Funeral services and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Thomas Episcopal Church, PO Box 505, Greenville, RI 02828 or Hope Hospice and Palliative Care, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904.
