DiDonato, Elizabeth M. (Sgambato), 92, of North Providence, died on June 13, 2022 with her family by her side.  She was the wife of the late Louis M. DiDonato, Sr.  Born in North Providence, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Mildred (Alburn) Sgambato.

Elizabeth worked for the Worcester Textile Company while raising her family.  She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, her IPad, watching NASCAR, and caring for her outdoor cats.  Most of all, she was devoted to her family, especially her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by three children, Betty Montecalvo (late husband, Ronald) of North Smithfield, Louis M. DiDonato, Jr. (wife, Lori) of Lincoln, and Robert DiDonato (companion, Pamela Kessler) of North Providence, six grandchildren, Ronald, Joseph, Anthony, and Domenic Montecalvo, Louis DiDonato III, and Courtney DiDonato, eleven great-grandchildren, and her brother, David Sgambato.  She was the sister of the late John, Stephen, Frank, and Walter Sgambato.

Her funeral service will be held on Friday at 10 am in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence.  Graveside burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.  Calling hours Thursday 4-7 pm.
