Angela Chabot

Chabot, Angela M. (Matarazzo), 76, passed away unexpectedly on August 21, 2021 at her home.  She was the beloved wife of the late Peter Chabot for 44 years, and the cherished daughter of the late Paulino and Marie (Bucci) Matarazzo.  Angela is survived by her son, Peter, whom she adored, her granddaughter, Summer, who was the light of her life, and her dear cousin, Cathy Parisi, whom she fondly grew up with and was like a sister to her.

Angela was a lifelong resident of North Providence and graduate of North Providence High School.  She worked briefly as an executive secretary after graduation before becoming a dedicated and tireless homemaker.  Angela loved her home and her flower gardens.  In her later years, she was devoted to her constant and faithful companions, her many cats.  Angela was a quiet and private person, but had an infectious laugh, especially when reminiscing with her family.  She will be greatly missed and forever lovingly remembered.

Funeral services were private.  Donations in her memory to the RISPCA would be most appreciated.
