Alice Sleboda

Alice C. Sleboda (Desrosiers), 83, of Smithfield, died on March 26, 2023 at HopeHealth Hospice.  She was the wife of the late Chester Sleboda Jr.  Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Hildege and Anita (Lefebvre) Desrosiers.

She is survived by six sons, Michael, David, Richard and his wife Debbie, Daniel and his wife Susan, James  and his wife Barbara, and Chester Sleboda III, nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, her sister, Pauline Tougas, and her brother, Robert Desrosiers.  She was the sister of the late Joseph Donald Desrosiers and Jacqueline Tucker.

Her funeral will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 9 am from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Michael Church, 80 Farnum Pike, Smithfield.  Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.  Calling hours Wednesday 5-8 pm.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to HopeHealth Hospice at www.hopehealthco.org.
