Zelia Pacheco

Pacheco, Zelia M. (Correia), 61, of Pawtucket, RI, died Friday, December 15, 2017 at Kent Hospital, Warwick, RI. She was the wife of Armando Pacheco. Born in Agua de Alto, Sao Miguel, Azores, she was the daughter of the late Joao Bento and Angelina (Medeiros) Correia.

Zelia worked at Kent Hospital as a dietary aide for 18 years. She was loved so much by her family and friends and loved her princessas.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her son, Helio Pacheco, daughter-in-law, Lindsay Pacheco, two granddaughters, Emma and Hanna Pacheco, and three brothers, Joao Correia and his wife Edwarda of Toronto, Canada, Adelino Correia and his wife Maria of British Columbia, Canada, and Luis Correia and his wife Lucia of Agua De Alto, Sao Miguel, Azores.

Her funeral will be held on Friday at 7:45 am from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, RI with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 am in Church of the Presentation, 1081 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, RI. Burial will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery, Fall River, MA. Calling hours Thursday 4-8 pm.
