Virginia Peloquin

Peloquin, Virginia L. (Jones), 100, of Johnston, passed away November 8, 2019 at Cherry Hill Manor.  She was the wife of the late Edward Peloquin.  Born in Columbia, SC, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Estelle (Goff) Jones.

Virginia was a homemaker and worked for the Navy Department during WWII.

She is survived by her son, Edward R. Peloquin of Johnston, four grandchildren, Patricia and Eric Peloquin and Thomas and Jerry Gray, and four great-grandchildren, Alexia Peloquin, Edward Ray Root III, Eric R. Peloquin Jr. and Quinn Gray.  She was mother of the late Barbara A. Gray and sister of the late Vera Free, Nellie Corley, Robert and James Jones.

Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11 am in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence.  Burial will follow in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
