McKinley, Thomas J., 67, of Waterman Ave., died February 18, 2012 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. He was the husband of Joan M. (Naylor) McKinley. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Mary McKinley and nephew of the late Alice Ingham. Besides his wife, he leaves two children, Todd and Victoria McKinley. Services were private.
