Susan Marra

Susan C.Marra, 76, of Smithfield, passed away on May 8th 2017 at Rhode Island hospital. She was survived by her three children, Lisa (Marra) Cardillo and husband Tony Cardillo, Dominic Marra, Anthony Marra Jr. and his wife Bonnie (Greenlaw) Marra. Born in Woonsocket, RI, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Simone (Delnotte) Giordano. Sister of Charles Giordano and the late Linda Morel.

Besides her children and brother, she is survived by her six grandchildren, Leah Cardillo, Christopher Cardillo and his wife Rachel, Robert Marra and his wife Lisa, Michael Marra, Ashley Marra, Melanie Marra and her fiancé Ryan Gregaria and her four great grandchildren.

As one of Jehovah’s witnesses Susan enjoyed her faith and as well as sharing that faith with the community. In addition Susan spent many years caring for her second family in Connecticut, the Merrill’s. Susan was the first in her family to graduate from college, Johnson & Wales University.

A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses on May 19th 2017 at 7 pm, located at 1742 Atwood Avenue in Johnston, RI.
