Sarah Picard

Picard, Sarah G. (Finlay), 89, of Glocester, died November 6, 2016 at Greenville Health Center. She was the wife of Omer J. Picard. Born in Smithfield, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Laramie) Finlay.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, David and Arthur Picard, two grandchildren, David and Kali Picard, three great-grandchildren, and siblings, Joseph and William Finlay, Mary Babilewicz, Delphine Vanasse, and Faith LaRoque. She was the sister of the late Huey, George, and Alphonse Finlay, Grace Williams, Mildred Hamel, and Dorothy Dorgan.

Her funeral will be held Thursday at 8:30 am from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am in St. Philip Church, Putnam Pike, Greenville. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park. Calling hours Wednesday 4-7 pm.
