Sandra Fagan

Sandra L. Fagan (Harvey), 80, a lifelong South Kingstown resident, died on October 25, 2022 at Apple Rehab Clipper.  She was the wife of John J. Fagan for 60 years.  She was the daughter of the late Norris M. Harvey Sr. and Eleanor (Whaley) Harvey.

Sandra worked at the University of Rhode Island as a housekeeper for 20 years before retiring.  She was also a self-employed hairdresser.

Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, Dale N. Fagan of Lantana, FL, David J. Fagan of Westerly, and Daniel R. Fagan of Wakefield; two grandchildren, Brendan and Anna; her sister, Lynn Ramer; and many nieces and nephews.  She was the sister of the late Eleanor “Adele” Whaley, Dale Harvey, and Norris “Bud” Harvey, Jr.

Her funeral services are private.
