Giarrusso, Rose (Napolitano), 89, of Goldsmith St., died January 24, 2011 at Miriam Hospital. She was the wife of the late Michele Giarrusso. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Antonio and Caterina (Detora) Napolitano.
She is survived by her son, Michael Giarrusso and his wife Susan, a daughter, Linda Borenstein and her husband Bruno, 2 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and 2 sisters, Eleanor Cardullo and Jean Williams.
A funeral service will be held Friday at 10 AM in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Calling hours Thursday 5-7 PM. Please omit flowers.
