Rocco Parrillo, Sr.

Parrillo, Rocco C. Sr., 59, died July 3, 2009 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. He was the husband of Lorraine M. (Davis) Parrillo and son of the late Rocco and Jennie (DeCesare) Parrillo.

Rocco was a dispatcher for the Providence Police Department before retiring and was owner of Rising Sun Jiu-Jitsu in Johnston.

Besides his wife, he leaves four children, Rocco Parrillo, Jr., Nicholas Parrillo, Dawn Parrillo, and Laurie Ann Lorenzo, and four grandchildren.

His funeral service will be held Friday at 11 am in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery. Calling hours Thursday 5-8 pm. Please omit flowers
