Noemia Ramieri

Ramieri, Noemia B. (Souza), died April 27, 2009 at her daughter's home in Barrington. She was the wife of John B. Ramieri. She was a lifelong Smithfield resident and a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Martins) Souza.

Besides her husband, she leaves four children: Naomi Ramieri-Hall of Barrington, RI, Barbara Butts of Sumter, SC, Andrew Ramieri of Gilbert, AZ, and Susan Leigh of North Providence; four grandchildren: Richard Cardarelli, John Paul Joseph Ramieri, Andrew Joseph Ramieri, and Rebecca Butts; a brother: Joseph Sousa of South Kingstown; a sister: Ines Sacchetti of North Providence; and her cat, Precious Love. She was a sister of the late Abigail Pavao.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday at 10 am in St. Mary Church, Providence. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
