Nancy Hayes

Hayes, Nancy E., 74, of Providence, died Thursday April 6, 2017 at Rhode Island Hospital. Born in Los Angeles, CA, she was a daughter of the late Albert “Jean” and Virginia (Toms) Hayes.

Nancy worked with the foster grandparent program. She loved to sew and knit, watch her favorite show Jeopardy and was an avid football fan. She loved her dog, Carmen.

She is survived by three children, Donald Imhoof, Nancy Imhoof and Bonnie Bunyard, sixteen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, three great grandchildren on the way and a twin brother, David. She was the mother of the late Donna-Lynn Dillion and sister of the late Jean Hayes.

Nancy’s visitation will be held Monday, April 10, 2017 from 4-7PM in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave. North Providence. A funeral home service will be held at 6:30PM Monday evening. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Blvd, #3004, Warwick, RI 02886.
