Marion Mulcahey, born January 17, 1945, in Providence, Rhode Island, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2026.
She was the beloved wife of the late John Frances Mulcahey. Together, Marion and John enjoyed their retirement years in Florida, where they made many wonderful friends who became like family to them. They cherished the friendships, laughter, and memories they created during those years.

Marion was the beloved daughter of the late Harold Fred Stead and Martha Eveline Stead. She was preceded in death by her brother, Norman Stead, and is survived by her sister-in-law, Kathy Stead, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Marion was a devoted mother to Linda Lynch and took great pride in her family. She was a loving grandmother to Richard Lynch; Sean Lynch and his wife, Chelsea; Kayla Kane and her husband, Thomas; Kyle Lynch and his wife, Talia; and Nicholas Lynch and his wife, Hailie.  She was also a cherished great-grandmother to Makayla Lynch, Makenzie Kane, Sean Lynch, Harper Kane, Olivia Lynch, Lorenzo Lynch, and Michael Lynch.

Marion had a love for traveling and adventure. She especially enjoyed traveling with her dear friend Mac and went on many cruises, creating wonderful memories and enjoying new places along the way.

Marion’s greatest legacy is the family she loved so dearly and the many memories she created with them. Her love, kindness, and warmth will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. Her life was filled with family, friendship, love, and cherished memories that will remain forever.

Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at 10 am in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence.  Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park.  Calling hours Friday 5-8 pm.
