Marie Wood

Marie Ann Wood, 69, of North Providence, was called to the Gates of Heaven on May 2, 2018 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, surrounded by loved ones.
Born in Providence, she was beautiful, loving and enjoyed spending time with her family. She will also be remembered by her love for fashion.She was preceded in death by her Father, Antonio Serrecchia of Smithfield and her Son, Douglas J. Wood, Jr. of North Providence.
She is survived by her Mother, Dorothea (Ricci) Serrecchia of Smithfield; Daughter, Denise M. Wood of Cranston; Brother, Raymond Serrecchia and his wife Michele of Exeter; Sister, Sandra Bellini of Smithfield and Grandchildren Tyler, Jaiden, Tae’Onna, and Shae’Onna. She will be deeply missed by all.
Funeral services and burial will be private per the request of her family.
