Marie Jennison

Jennison, Marie (Keough), 89, of Chepachet, died Friday, September 18, 2015 at Heritage Hills Nursing Center. She was the wife of the late Robert W. Jennison. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Francis J. and Annetta F. (Doherty) Keough.

Marie was the founder and former owner of the Marie K. Jennison School of Dance in Greenville.

She leaves a son, Keith R. Jennison and his wife Susan of Exeter, a daughter, April J. Whitecross and her husband Timothy of Chepachet, four grandchildren, and one great granddaughter. She was the sister of the late Robert Keough and Frances Theroux.

Visiting hours will be held Thursday from 5-8 PM, in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence. Burial in the RI Veterans Cemetery will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heritage Hills Activities Fund, 80 Douglas Pike, Smithfield, RI 02917 or to a local nonprofit charity of your choice.
