Margaret Spaziano

Spaziano, Margaret “Pat” (English) (McChrystal), of Smithfield, died on July 10, 2021 at the HopeHealth Hospice Center.  She was the wife of Kenneth Spaziano.  Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Margaret (Peters) English.

Besides her husband, Pat is survived by two children, Patricia and Michael McChrystal (wife Debra), and her granddaughter, Tess Melnick (husband Ryan).  She was the mother of the late William McChrystal and sister of the late William and Robert English.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 17, 2021 from 9-11 am in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, followed by a service in the chapel at Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to HopeHealth Hospice Center, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904.
