Lynda M. Iannuccilli (Tyas), born on July 19, 1948, in Providence, Rhode Island, passed away peacefully at Hopehealth Hospice Center on June 8, 2025. A devoted sister and aunt, Lynda's life was characterized by her unwavering love and dedication to her family.
Lynda was preceded in death by her husband, John Iannuccilli, as well as her parents, Kenneth J. Tyas, Sr. and Constance C. (Marchetti) Tyas. She is also reunited in memory with her siblings, Sharon Saran, Kenneth Tyas, Jr., and Sandra Cauley.
She is survived by her loving sisters, Kendra Camilloni and Lory Morra, along with her cherished nieces and nephews. Lynda's family will fondly remember her warmth, kindness, and the joy she brought into their lives.
Throughout her life, Lynda exemplified a passion for giving back to her community. Her love for animals was evident, as she volunteered at the Lincoln Greyhound Park, a commitment that led her to adopt greyhounds in need of loving homes. She also enjoyed fashion and adding to her expansive wardrobe.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the ICU staff at both Roger Williams Medical Center and Miriam Hospital, as well as the Johnston Fire and EMT, for their compassionate care during Lynda's final days.
Lynda's funeral will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 9:30 am from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, followed by a funeral home service at 10 am. She will be laid to rest at Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Calling hours Friday 5-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the MS Society.
