Luther Lineberger

Lineberger, Luther E., 80, of Providence, died February 28, 2009 at Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of Mildred (Tatarian) Lineberger. Born in Scituate, he was a son of the late Luther and Madeline (Drew) Lineberger.

Luther was a press operator at the former Metals Processing Company for 25 years, retiring in 1990. He was a member of the Laborers Local 315.

Besides his wife, he leaves five children, Kenneth, Robert, Michael, and Paul Lineberger and Mary Tourtellot, four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

His funeral and visitation will be held Wednesday 10-11 am in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence. Burial will follow in Acotes Hill Cemetery, Chepachet.
