Laurie Corrente

Corrente, Laurie A., 51, died Tuesday April 11, 2017. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of Mary Jane (Veader) Corrente and the late Frederick LaComb, and step-daughter of the late Eugene Corrente.

Laurie worked as desk security at McAuley Village in Rhode Island and volunteered for Hospice. She lived in St. Pete’s Beach in Florida for 20 Years.

Besides her mother, she leaves two brothers, Frederick E. LaComb, Jr. and Daniel L. LaComb both of North Providence, a nephew Anthony LaComb, and her cat, Asia. She was the sister of the late Ronald J. LaComb.

Calling hours will be held Saturday, April 15th, 2017 from 8-10AM in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave. North Providence, with a funeral home service at 10AM.
