Liberato, Laura (Rubiano) 95, of North Providence, died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on October 11, 2016. She was the wife of the late Carlo Liberato. A lifelong resident of North Providence, she was the daughter of the late Gulio and Josephine (Cafasso) Rubiano.

Laura was the co-owner with her late husband of the former Paramount Tailor & Cleaners. She was a senior clerk at the Department of Employment Security for the State of Rhode Island. She volunteered at the Salvatore Mancini Center.

She was the beloved aunt of five generations of nieces and nephews, Jean Vickers and her husband Donald, Julie Dailey and her husband Mark, Sr., Amanda Dailey, Mark Dailey, Jr. and his wife Alexandria, Cynthia King and Fred Rubiano. She was the sister of the late Fred B. Rubiano.

Her funeral will be held Saturday at 9AM from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM in Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, North Providence. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Calling hours Friday 6-8PM.
