Judy M. Swain

Judy M. Swain (Waryas), 77, of Smithfield, passed away peacefully on February 22, 2024 at home. She was the wife of Richard T. Swain for 56 years. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Josephine (Bisedecki) Waryas.

Judy enjoyed doing arts and crafts, reading, and baking.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, David Swain and his wife Susan, Michael Swain and his wife Donna, three grandchildren, Ruby, Matthew, and Gregory Swain, her sister, Patricia Leddy, and her dog, Luna.  She was the sister of the late Donna and Edward Waryas.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 from 10-11 am, followed by a funeral home service at 11 am in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence.  Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Continuum Hospice at https://continuumhospice.com/make_a_donation.php
