Judith Sivo

Sivo, Judith A. (Rook), 72, of Buzzards Bay, MA, passed away October 8, 2015 at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston. She was born in Louisiana, raised in Greenville, RI and lived in Cranston, RI while raising her three children. She has lived in Buzzards Bay, MA for the last 13 years with her sister.

She was the daughter of the late Frank S. and Monica (Tucker) Rook; mother of Catherine R. Sivo of Providence, RI, Frank E. Sivo and his wife Eve of Hopkinton, MA, and Laurie Sivo Reyes and her husband Ben of Maplewood, NJ; sister of Richard T. Rook and his wife Dyan of Wrentham, MA and Rosemary Welsh of Buzzards Bay, MA. She was "grammy" to her eight grandchildren: Maryanne, Dante, Heather, Cameron, Olin, Bella, Perry, Nico, and her five great-grandchildren: Devin, Drake, Aryanne, Bryan, and Shayna. They were the loves of her life, as well as many loved nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Frank E. Rook.

Her memorial service will be held Saturday at 11 am in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with visitation beginning at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
