Judith Nelson

Nelson, Judith A. (Maguire) "KC1RI", 69, died September 12, 2011 at RI Hospital. She was the wife of John F. Nelson, Jr. Born in Boston, she was a daughter of the late William and Mary (Gallant) Maguire. Judith was an avid Ham Radio Operator.

Besides her husband, she leaves a son, John F. Nelson III, a daughter, Lynda M. D'Alessio and her husband Butch, five grandchildren, Steven, Jay, Nicholas, Kaitlyn, Kristina, two brothers, William and Charles, and a sister, Althea. She was predeceased by her grandson, Jon G. and her sister, Marjorie.

Her funeral service will be held Friday at 12 Noon in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence. Calling hours Friday 10 AM-Noon. Burial will be private.
