Martin, Joel V., 74, of Warwick, died Sunday, December 31, 2016 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. He was the husband of Yolanda (Hortencia) Martin. Born in Abrest, France, he was a son of the late Lucien and Suzette Martin.
Joel was an avid painter, photographer and loved gardening.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Melisandre Martin and a sister, Nicole Saintorens.
His visitation will be held Thursday from 6-8PM in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave. North Providence. Burial will be private.
