Joanne Santos (Frias), 72, of North Providence, died on January 9, 2023 at her home. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late James Frias and Mildred (McNulty) Donovan.
She is survived by five children, Ernest “Rusty” Santos, Jennifer Spellman, Kristoffer Santos, Teri Ramirez, and Kelly Hall, 15 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Geoff Frias, and her cousin, who was like a sister to her, Kathleen Soulliere. She was the sister of the late Jack Frias.
Her services will be private.
