Joan Riquier

Riquier Joan (Paterson), 75, passed away peacefully Thursday December 14, 2017 at St. Antoine Residence surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Maurice O. Riquier. Born in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late Ronald “Scotty” and Rose (Menard) Paterson.

Joan worked for Miller Electric and Polytop for many years before retiring. She enjoyed fishing and spending time with her friends and family.

She is survived by two sons and their wives, William Ronald Riquier and his wife Claire and Ronald “Scott” Riquier and his wife Robin, all of Burrillville, a grandson, Steven R. Riquier of Warren, and a brother, John S. Paterson and his wife Christine of San Diego, CA.

Her funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10AM in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave. North Providence. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
