Jeannine Huyler

Huyler, Jeannine C. (Bouchard), 69, of Fenwood Ave, Smithfield, died February 14, 2015 at home. She was the wife of Joseph F. Huyler. Born on December 12, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Edward U. and Cecile M. (Hamel) Bouchard.

Jeannine worked as a nursery school teacher for 15 years, and later as a travel agent, but her true passion was raising and caring for her children and husband.

Besides her husband, she is survived by five children, Joseph Jr. and his wife Jodi of Manchester, CT, Jeffrey and John of Smithfield, Jay and his wife Stacia of Warwick, and Heidi Jay and her husband Jimmy of Sherman Oaks, CA. She also leaves her grandchildren, Dalton, Cole, Jeffrey, Jordan, Sylvia, and Jonas.

Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9 am from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Michael Church, 80 Farnum Pike, Smithfield. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery. Calling hours Wednesday 4-7 pm.
