Janice Leavitt

Leavitt, Janice L. (Creelman), 62, of North Providence, died September 16, 2018 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. She was the wife of the late Peter C. Leavitt.

Born in Providence, she was a daughter of Edna M (Whiteley) Healey and the late George M. “Pete” Creelman and stepdaughter of Ernest Healey.

Janice was a loving mother to her two sons, John Mazzuchelli and Justin Leavitt, both of North Providence. She is also survived by her granddaughter, Bella Mazzuchelli and her sister, Jane Creelman. She was the sister of the late Peter Creelman and Jean Eley.
