Grace Petracca

Petracca, Grace M. (D'Aloia), 94, died August 30, 2009 at Hebert Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Anthony D. Petracca. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Modesto and Maria (D'Andrea) D'Aloia.

Grace loved being with her family and friends and was a wonderful cook.

She leaves a son, Thomas A. Petracca and his wife, Pattie of North Providence, a grandson, Jason Petracca and his fiancee, Courtenay St. Germain, and a great-grandson, Nathan Petracca. She was the sister of the late Paul D'Aloia, Lois Puleo, and Gilda Carosi.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 8 am from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 am in St. Anthony Church, North Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery. Calling hours Monday 7-9 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Home and Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904.
