Geneva Luiz

Luiz, Geneva, 98, of North Providence, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2022.  She was the wife of the late Frank Luiz.  Born in North Providence, she was the daughter of the late John and Rose (Rayner) Eckersley.  Geneva loved to read and crochet, and during the summers, she enjoyed spending time at Rocky Beach in Warwick. Geneva loved taking trips and cruises with Frankie, who she visited almost every day throughout his extended illness.  She was a member of the former Greystone P.M. Church.

Geneva is survived by her two daughters, Janice Luiz of North Providence and Cathy Hiatt and her husband Gordon of Barrington, two grandchildren Jessica Hiatt and Kyle Hiatt, and two great-grandchildren Evelyn Hiatt and Frances Hiatt.
