Florence Boudreau

October 10, 1921 — December 22, 2020

Boudreau, Florence M. (Cifelli), 99, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 22, 2020.  She was the wife of the late Arthur E. Boudreau.  Born in North Providence, where she lived most of her life, she was the daughter of the late John B. Sr. and Clara (Jannello) Cifelli.

Florence was an office clerk in the Engineering Department of Brown & Sharpe Mfg., Greystone Division, until her retirement in 1982.  She was a long-time member of the Salvatore Mancini Senior Center, and she served as treasurer of the Centredale Manor Resident Association for fifteen years.

An avid reader, Florence also enjoyed bingo, cards, crossword puzzles, and watching the Red Sox, but she most enjoyed time spent with family, and especially looked forward to the annual Cifelli family outings at Goddard Park.

Florence is survived by her sons, Kenneth Boudreau and his wife Beverly of North Kingstown, Glenn Boudreau and his wife Barbara of Rockwall, TX, her daughter, Shirley Ringman and her husband Robert of Johnston, and son-in-law, Richard McCahey of Greenville.  She was predeceased by her daughter, Leslie McCahey.  She was the grandmother of Jason, Tracy, Kimberly, Kristen, Stacey Allison, and Michelle and great-grandmother of Arianna, Tyler, Ronan, Noah, Liam, and Peyton.  Florence was the sister of the late Virginia Sabetta, John, Joseph, and Herbert Cifelli.

Her family would like to thank the staff of Hebert Health Center for their kindness and compassion.

Due to COVID restrictions, her Mass of Christian Burial at St. Philip Church, Greenville on Tuesday at 11 am and burial in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston will be private.  It will be livestreamed on St. Philip’s You Tube page at
