Dorothy Vieira

Vieira, Dorothy R (Montella), 91, of North Providence, died on April 15, 2020. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas J. Vieira and was the sister of the late Lillian VanAmersfoort and the late Barbara O’Gara.

She was the loving mother of Thomas M. Vieira and his wife Stephanie, Robert J Vieira and his companion Theresa Branca. She was the Cherished “Grandma Dot” to Matthew Vieira and his fiancé, Linden Kirk Nash, and Mitchell Vieira.

Lovingly referred to by so many as “Aunt Dot and Grandma Dot” also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral Service from the Robbins Funeral Home and burial at Veterans Cemetery will be private.  A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date at St. Anthony's Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Dorothy to the St. Anthony Kitchen Ministry, 5 Gibbs Street, North Providence, RI 02904.
