Donald Gaunt

Gaunt, Donald A., 59, of Smithfield, died November 5, 2015. He was the husband of Cathy (Albert) Gaunt for 40 years. Born in Providence and raised in Johnston, he was a son of Nellie (Northup) Gaunt of Johnston and the late Fred Gaunt.

Donald worked for AGI Construction for over 25 years.

Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by two sons, Eric Gaunt and his wife Nicole of Attleboro, MA, Donald Gaunt, Jr. and his wife Angela of Burrillville, two grandchildren, Sophie and Benjamin Gaunt, his sister, Louise Reeves of Glocester, and his brother, Douglas Gaunt of Johnston. He was the brother of the late John Gaunt.

Calling hours Monday 4-8 pm in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence. Funeral services and burial will be private.
