Deborah Forte

Forte, Deborah A., 58, of North Providence, passed away Friday, September 22, 2017 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence. Born in Smithfield, she was a daughter of Barbara E. (Montecalvo) Souza and the late Robert Forte.

Besides her mother, she is survived by a sister, Donna Pieti. She was the sister of the late Robert V. Forte and John L. Forte.

Her funeral and burial were private.
