Lemoi, Constance E. (Simmons), passed September 4, 2026 at the home of her daughter. She was born May 5, 1947 in Providence, Rhode Island and was the wife of the late Raoul (Butch) Lemoi. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Constance Simmons of Johnston.

Connie found peace and happiness in her garden, where she could spend hours surrounded by her flowers. She was a graduate of URI and was a Computer Program Analyst at Providence College before retirement. She found great joy in spending time with her family and dear friends, creating memories filled with laughter, love, and countless special moments. Her memory will forever bloom in the hearts of those who loved her.

She is survived by her children, Laura Costa (Kevin Lamb), and Rick Lowell (wife Nia Panteleakis), six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, sisters, Kathleen Simmons and Diane Simmons, and a brother, Walter Simmons Jr. She was the sister of the late Christine Jobe.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 from 8 am – 9 am in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1804 Atwood Ave., Johnston. Graveside services will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank.
