Carole A. Vannelli

Carole A. Vannelli (Rogler), 88, of Johnston, passed away on July 24, 2025 at Briarcliffe Preserves. She was the wife of the late Michael J. Vannelli, to whom she had been married since 1958 until his passing last year. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Alice (Clapham) Rogler.

Carole was a bookkeeper and receptionist at the former Greenville Trust, and then Citizens Bank from 1953-1960. She was an avid fan of the Providence College Friars and enjoyed reading, crocheting, needlepoint, and listening to news radio. She was a lifelong lover of animals, especially her dogs.

She is survived by her sons, Michael D. Vannelli and his wife, Michele, and Stephen D. Vannelli and his wife, Cheryl, three granddaughters, and five great-granddaughters.

Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 11 am in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park. Calling hours Wednesday 10-11 am.
