Spurr, Carol R., 78, of North Providence, passed away peacefully at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Care Center on Wednesday, October 15, 2008. She was the loving wife of the late Norman S. Spurr, a war veteran. She was a loving and caring person that will be missed by many.
Mrs. Spurr leaves her loving children, William N. Spurr and wife Kathy and Joan Marie Carmichael and husband Paul. She also leaves four loving grandchildren, Jennifer, Ryan, Danielle and Jaimie Lyne.
Her funeral will be held Monday at 9 am from the ROBBINS FUNERAL HOME, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a service at 10 am in Georgiaville Baptist Church, Smithfield. Burial will be in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Calling hours Sunday 5-7 pm.
