Carol Houle

Houle, Carol A. (Giroux), 59, of Farnum Pike, died June 28, 2009 at Miriam Hospital. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Joseph E. and G. Yvonne (Emin) Giroux.

A loving mother and grandmother, she leaves two daughters, Tina Walsh and Lisa Houle both of North Smithfield, six grandchildren, and her siblings, Stephen, Wilfred, Paul, Patricia Giroux all of Smithfield, John Giroux of Scituate, and Norma Giroux of Kingman, AZ. She was a sister of the late Robert Giroux.

Carol's funeral will be held Wednesday at 9 AM from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Michael Church, Georgiaville. Calling hours are Tuesday, 5-8 PM. Burial will be private.
