Bernadette Gansert

Gansert, Bernadette, A. (Forand) 100, of Greenville Ave, died Thursday October 6, 2011 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. She was the wife of the late Norman W. Gansert. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Hormisdas and Malenda Forand.
Bernadette was a self-employed seamstress and taught sewing at the Nickerson House in Providence.
She is survived by a son, Norman W. Gansert of Johnston, two grandchildren and four great grandchildren and a sister, Theresa Karolczuck.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9AM from the ROBBINS FUNERAL HOME, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Thomas Church, 65 Fruit Hill Ave, Providence. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Calling hours Monday 5-7 PM.
