Bella Octeau

Octeau, Bella V. (Vezina), 99, died Saturday May 26, 2018 at home surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Lawrence A. Octeau. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late George and Eva (Bellemare) Vezina.

She is survived by her children, Barbara Tinz and her husband Russell, Lawrence Octeau, Jr. and his wife Elizabeth, Richard Octeau and his wife Janice, Russell Octeau and his wife Diane, Louanne Fox and her husband, Michael, fourteen grandchildren, thirty-six great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews. She was the grandmother of the late Russell Tinz, Jr. and sister of the late Norman Vezina, Janet Octeau, Beatrice Dragon and Rita Murphy.

Her funeral will be held Thursday at 8:15 AM from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2252 Mineral Spring Ave. North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM in St. Philip Church, Greenville. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Calling hours Wednesday 4-7 PM.
