Barbara Alarie

Alarie, Barbara K. (Kellogg), 96, of North Scituate, died June 7, 2018 at Pine Grove Health Center. She was the wife of the late Joseph H. Alarie. Born in Bristol, she was a daughter of the late Clayton A. and Isabelle S. (Brown) Kellogg.

She is survived by two daughters, Sandra Young and her husband William of North Scituate, Pauline Dunivan and her husband John of Cherryville, NC, seven grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Joseph Alarie, Jr., and sister of the late William Kellogg, Isabell Lamek, Dorothy Thurber and Virginia Trombley.

Her visitation will be held Monday, June 11th, 2018 from 8:15-9:15 AM in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Michael Church, 80 Farnum Pike, Smithfield. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
