Arlene Rogers

Rogers, Arlene Brewer, 89, passed away peacefully on April 27th, 2018 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence. She was the loving wife of the late Howard L. Rogers for 58 years. Mrs. Rogers was the daughter of the late Leonard and Hazel (Boynton) Brewer of Ashby, Massachusetts, where she was born and raised.

Arlene was a graduate of Byant College and was employed until her retirement at the Former Providence Gas Company.

Arlene and Howard enjoyed their many pets, traveling and their home on Maple Avenue, Lincoln. They had built their home together in 1954 and resided there until their respective passings.

Arlene was always kind and had a gentle strength. She will be greatly missed by her many friends and family, who loved her dearly and by her beloved Gracious.

Her visitation will be held Monday, April 30th from 10-11AM followed by a funeral home service at 11AM in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave. North Providence. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
