Sinapi, Andrew J., 62, died October 20, 2017 at the Philip Huiltar Hospice Center. He was the beloved companion of Deborah DiFazio for 46 years. Born in Providence, he was the son of Alexander Sinapi and his step mother Joyce of Warwick and the late Josephine (Muratore) Sinapi.

Cars were Andrew’s first and life-long love. He worked in the automobile and automotive repair industry his whole life, most recently as the Group Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor for Enterprise Holdings in Warwick. Behind his sometimes gruff exterior was a caring, loving, and generous person always ready and willing to help his family, neighbors and friends. Andrew was always there to help anyone in need.

Andrew is also survived by two brothers, Joseph J. Sinapi of Cranston and Richard Sinapi of Warwick, a sister, Alexis M. Smith of Warwick, two step-sisters, Donna Amaral of East Providence and Debra Naylor of Port St. Lucie, FL, ten nieces and nephews and six great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Wednesday from 8:30-10:30 am in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society at or Hope Hospice and Palliative Care at
